About the Position

As a Digital (Web/App) Project Manager at Moxie SEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of web and mobile app development projects. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and digital marketers, to ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from inception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather project requirements and define project scope
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Identify and resolve project issues or conflicts, proactively mitigating any potential risks
  • Monitor project performance and metrics, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards for web and app development

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on web and mobile app development projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of web and app development technologies, processes, and best practices
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
